Common questions about our massage services
Swedish massage uses long, flowing strokes with light to medium pressure for relaxation and stress relief. Deep Tissue massage applies firmer pressure to target deeper muscle layers, ideal for chronic tension and pain relief. If you're unsure, our therapists can adjust pressure during your session.
While Hot Stone massage is generally safe, it may not be suitable for those with certain conditions including diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, or skin conditions. Pregnant women should opt for our Prenatal massage instead. Please inform us of any health conditions when booking.
A 60-minute session is great for general relaxation or targeting specific areas. For full-body work or multiple problem areas, we recommend 90 minutes. First-time clients often start with 60 minutes to see how their body responds. Our therapists can help you decide based on your needs.
Absolutely! If you've had a great experience with one of our therapists or have a preference, just let us know when booking. We'll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. You can also request a male or female therapist.
Drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins released during the massage. Avoid strenuous activity for the rest of the day and take it easy. A warm bath with Epsom salts can extend the relaxation benefits. Some mild soreness after Deep Tissue massage is normal and should subside within a day or two.
